I thoroughly enjoyed lovely and gorgeous employees!
I had delicious food for breakfast on light wines. Central location adjacent to a hill in the city of Windhoek as well as superb in house restaurant, it was in a lovely area.

The room was absolutely cozy and comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. I loved the separate sitting area – it was great to relax and watch TV. The deep soaking bathtub in the bathroom was a real treat – ultimate relaxation guaranteed! The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch – we had a blast watching our favorite shows. The air conditioning was a lifesaver – kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the 24-hour room service. I prefer exploring local food options.

The guestrooms at Hotel Heinitzburg were really comfortable and cozy. The separate sitting areas were a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
Personally, I found the deep soaking bathtubs in the bathrooms a bit unnecessary, but I know some people really enjoy them.

The Terrace area was the perfect spot for gathering and enjoying the beautiful views. We had a large and tastefully decorated room that provided utmost comfort. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide array of choices and an excellent omelette. Despite a few drawbacks such as dirty tablecloths at dinner and breakfast, we had a clean room and a lovely balcony for sundowners with complimentary sparkling wine. I highly recommend this unique hotel for its stunning vistas, comfortable rooms, and delightful dining experience.

Recently stayed at Hotel Heinitzburg for a short visit. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Desiree, my server at dinner, was attentive and provided pleasant conversation. The food was delicious and nicely presented, with a stunning view from the terrace. The Wi-fi in the room was excellent, and the early departure arrangements and lunch box were a thoughtful touch. Also, had a sweet goodbye from the adopted house cat. Highly recommend staying or dining here!
Would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were immaculate and the service was fantastic. the staff was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions. the view from the terrace was breathtaking and made for a perfect early morning cup of tea. the fresh flowers that were placed in the room added a lovely touch to an already lovely experience.
It was a shame that there wasn't a kettle or coffee/tea option in the room. It was inconvenient having to order it and wait for it to arrive.

The hotel had the perfect location, in a high spot that offered great views of the city. The vintage style decoration was charming. The outdoor terrace was gorgeous and offered delicious food. The service was fantastic, particularly when they left our luggage in our rooms while we toured the city. The spacious rooms were clean and offered good amenities.
The pool was cold and thus not very inviting. It was a pity that the breakfast was infected with moldy jam.
